Current official Joyagoo help and policy pages are the starting point for platform rules. A live checkout or account screen may be more current for route availability and final charges.
Changing numbers
Fees, time windows, storage periods, divisors, insurance and route rules are dated and qualified. If two official pages disagree, both formats are disclosed and the live transaction is treated as controlling.
Buyer reports
Public reviews are anecdotal. We look for dates, destination, route, parcel context and claim outcome, and never turn one report into a platform-wide fact.
Current information
Platform rules, prices, routes and eligibility can change. The live platform and seller terms control any transaction.
