What the official guidance actually says
Warehouse QC is a general inspection
After stock arrives, the warehouse checks the item and provides product photos in the order area. The official service description mentions checking defects and verifying sizes, but buyers should still request decision-changing angles or measurements when a listing detail matters.

The published return policy allows eligible requests within five days (120 hours) after the order changes to QC Completed. Eligibility also depends on seller support, item condition and required packaging; a missing return button normally means the window has passed.

For a stocked item without a quality problem, the buyer normally covers return shipping. The policy also describes a small service charge of about USD 0.75, while seller responsibility may apply when an accepted quality issue is confirmed.
