04When should I review QC photos?+
As soon as they arrive. A typical return window is five days, but eligibility depends on the seller, item type and condition.
05What should QC photos show?+
The correct item and option, overall condition, important labels, measurements when fit matters, and close-ups of defects or details.
06Why can shipping cost more than expected?+
Some routes bill whichever is higher: actual weight or volumetric weight. Bulky packaging can therefore matter more than item weight.
07What is rehearsal packing?+
A paid pre-pack service used to get a more realistic parcel size and weight before choosing the final route. Published guidance lists a 20 CNY fee.
08Should I remove shoe boxes?+
It can reduce volume, but it also reduces protection and resale packaging. Decide item by item and request reinforcement where needed.
